Just a quick hello-

As I sit here waiting to begin my work day, I wanted to just say a quick hello. As you can tell by the lack of a picture, I'm on my iPad, my new best friend. I never thought I would love the iPad as much as I do, but I do. I'm sill learning all the ins and outs, but I'm getting there. Things have been pretty much going in a steady forward motion for me. Steve is finally felling better, which always eases my mind tremendously. Book sales have been great. Work has been not as horrible as it usually is, so that's a nice change. And Buster, well, he's still his cute adorable self. The weather here in Austin has begun to slowly feel more like Texas weather; that is to say, it's getting hot as shit. I told myself, this year I would try and not get as stressed about the weather as I did last summer. I just have to keep it in my head that there is nothing I can do about it, and my time here gets shorter and shorter with each day that passes. Oh how I can't wait to get to the mountain. In time. In time. Hope everyone has a great day!

We've started a new year. We've started a new opportunity to be a better person. A happier person. It's no secret that I'm one of the worst bloggers around. Why? Because no one reads it. And that had been a difficult thing for me to handle for years. So I feel I don't need to try.  2018 was a bad year. No only because there's a new problem with the cunt in the White House every day, but with people in general. People have gotten more violent and uncaring. As a society, it is clear that we are declining.  It's been extremely difficult attempting to stay positive over the last 12+ months. But that is going to change. I am going to fight for positivity. Freedom of Speech?

  It’s been a while since I’ve posted here. It’s been a while since I’ve done any type of writing. I don’t even have a website anymore. I wasn’t planning on writing anything, probably eve again, but lately, things have been changing.  The “Supreme” Court has been making very dangerous changes to the laws in our country. Particularly six of the judges. Six CONSERVATIVE judges, who are forcing us to go back to the 1950’s! Their latest stunt is allowing businesses to discriminate against LGBT+ people if they don’t want to serve them, because it’s against their religion. They’re claiming it falls under the First Amendment: freedom of speech.  Oh, yeah, we’ll, here’s some freedom of speech for you: Fuck them!!! Fuck all Republicans!!! Fuck Donald tRump and his illiterate cult. Finished another one

After an almost seven month break from writing, yesterday I finished another book. It is the first installment of a new new trilogy called My Leprechaun . The first book is titled The End of the Rainbow . I'm excited about this series, but I'm also filled with angst. Finishing a book and getting it ready to put out into the world and see what it does is usually an exciting time. There's always that chance that this book will be the one that puts my name on the map. In pure blog openness,  that's what I had hoped for when I released Reunion last October. It was my first ghost story, and I thought it would make a huge splash. But it didn't. I fought for months just to get a few reviews.  The excitement fizzled and faded. And something inside me turned off. That was the start of my break from writing.  I was sure I was done working so hard for nothing in return. But there was this story that I had wanted to tell for years. I had almost finished the first draft months
