Serpenteens day!

Image
Well it's finally here! Serpenteens has been released! As I've mentioned before, it's been a long time coming. The Serpenteens series is very near and dear to both Steve and I. In the past two years since it was created, we've grown to love all the characters, and are ecstatic that people will finally be able to meet them, too. And this is only the first installment of a four-book series! It sounds cliché, but the best is yet to come! Please take time to stop by and LIKE the Serpenteens Facebook page so you may share in all the current updates and information. And once again, I thank each and every one of you for your support! https://www.facebook.com/Serpenteensbooks

It should be a fun night! Can't wait to see what Life of Pi does.

Busy day!

I am one that does not (cannot) sit still for long. So days like today are great, but also exhausting. I started at six and went immediately to writing. I'm working on a few last touches to Serpenteens before its release. Then I went to the gym, took care of a friend's cats, and started packing a few boxes. But the packing of a few boxes turned out to be much more than I had planned on doing. Once I started, one thing led to another, and three hours had passed. When that was done, I needed to vacuum and dust a bit, and then I zonked out for an hour. What a day. But it's so rewarding. It's only about five weeks until we close on our house, and I'm full of excited energy. Add to that the excitement of the upcoming release of Serpenteens and I turn into the Energizer Bunny. What's in store for tomorrow? Exactly the same thing. And I'm looking forward to it!

New YA series!

It's been a long time coming, but I am finally releasing my first young-adult series! "Serpenteens" It's about a group of demi-god teenagers that are able to transform themselves into different types of snakes. In snake form, they each have specific abilities related to the weather. Their job is the help save the planet from the horrific and increasingly dangerous weather scenarios that have been occurring. There will be four books total in the series, with the main subject based on and around helping preserve our planet and its natural resources. We all need to do what we can to help the planet. In doing so, the "Serpenteens" series will be released solely as eBooks. The first installment, "Serpenteens-Nature's Forces", will be out in just a few weeks. I've been working on this series for almost two years, and I can't tell you how excited I am about its upcoming release. There will be a "Serpenteens" Facebook page

Busy, busy

Man, it's been a busy day. Started out with the gym, then came home and packed a few boxes, vacuumed, dusted, washed the sheets, and managed to get in a few hours of writing. There's a lot of stuff about to happen around here, so stick around.

Superbowl Sunday

It's Superbowl Sunday again, and New Orleans is the place to be! I have to admit, I've never been a big football type of guy, but it is fun to see all the excitement and hype that goes along with it.  And the commercials are fun to watch. I won't be doing much for this evening's festivities, just going to a friend's house for a bit, unfortunately Steve has to work.  But, whatever you're doing, have a fun time!
